Not Just Decks. A Funding Movement.
The funding world wasnβt built with every founder in mind. Too many brilliant women, nonprofits, and small business owners are overlookedβnot because they lack impact, but because they lack clarity, data, and positioning. Thatβs where we come in.
At The Pitch Agency HQ, weβre not just a pitch deck shop. We build strategies, systems, and stories that prepare founders to pitch with confidence, back it up with data, and attract the right capital.
At The Pitch Agency HQ, our mission is to close the funding gap for underrepresented founders by equipping them with the clarity, strategy, and storytelling tools to transform bold ideas into fundable ventures.
We exist to take entrepreneurs from vision to validation, visibility, and venture funding.
VISION
We help founders clarify their mission, design programs, and create a funding roadmap that aligns passion with strategy.
VALIDATION
We equip entrepreneurs with data, impact tracking, and readiness tools that prove their ventures are fundable.
VISIBILITY
We craft stories, pitch decks, and brand positioning that capture attention and build credibility with funders.
VENTURE
We guide founders through grant strategy, sponsorships, and investor prep to secure the capital they need to scale.

About Tameka Christmas
Tameka Christmas is a strategist, grant writer, and founder who has built her career on ensuring that no entrepreneur with impact fails because of a lack of clarity or funding strategy. As the Founder of The Pitch Agency HQ, she helps founders and nonprofits transform bold ideas into fundable ventures through brand positioning, data storytelling, and funding readiness. She first made her mark as a United Way Social Innovator Fellow, where she scaled The Mama Wellness Foundation, a maternal mental health program, and developed corporate partnerships with Microsoft, Adobe, and Blue Cross Blue Shield to expand access to wellness and care.
With a proven track record of raising over $750,000 as a freelance grant writer and consultant, Tameka has helped small businesses and nonprofits unlock critical resources. She has also coached more than 100 early-stage founders as a small business coach with Operation HOPE, guiding them through business planning, financial literacy, and funding readiness. Her approach blends strategy, storytelling, and measurable outcomes, giving founders the confidence and systems to position themselves for sustainable growth.
Tamekaβs passion for building ecosystems extends beyond consulting. She is the organizer of Fempreneur Dinner, a woman entrepreneur series designed to spark collaboration through curated dining and intentional business conversations. Across every role, she remains committed to closing the funding gap for women and BIPOC founders and continues to build The Pitch Agency HQ as more than an agency, a movement that takes founders from vision to validation, visibility, and venture funding.
